Where is my order?

If you’d like to know if your order is ready, please email info@femea.it. We’ll be happy to check your order status and shipping details.

You have 3 days to cancel or change your order. After that, it is not possible to cancel the order.

If your bag has a defect that is attributable to Femea, please email info@femea.it with your order number and a description of the defect. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with your return. If the defect is attributable to Femea, we will cover the shipping costs. Please remember to return the product intact, including tags and protective cover. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the return.

You can pay with major credit cards and PayPal

Please email info@femea.it with your order number. After checking the item, we’ll send you any missing items at our expense.

Items in your cart are reserved for as long as you remain logged in, after which they will be automatically deleted.
